About The Artist
Megha Chinnappa is an 18-year-old Artist from Chennai with Fragile X Syndrome. Talking about her work, her mother says “Most of Megha’s works are flourishes of thick paint strokes. When I nudged her to tell me more about this work, she simply said, “it’s a river”.
I had to school my face to look natural and say “aaah! OfCourse!”
With a lot of our wards as with Megha, I’ve found their thought process quite “different”.
